Fr. Jerry should be contacted in time of emergency, or if you or someone you know has been hospitalized or in need of a pastoral visit.  Office # 773.445.1710 / Home # - if you are a member of the parish you have Fr. Jerry’s home number.  Fr. Jerry's office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  His day off is Friday.  (Except during Lent when his day off is Thursday.)  He is available weekday evenings and Saturdays by appointment.  He is also available for the sacrament of reconciliation and home visits.  Please call the office to schedule a time.
